As our Manager of Client Services, your mission will be to provide world class customer service to your clients. You will work with the Production Manager to develop long and short-term marketing strategies, manage project budgets and timelines, and ensure that client expectations are set and met. You have a big picture view and can forecast business resourcing needs.

Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of marketing strategy and plan development
- Experience in agency account management
- Experience with budget management, specifically BCR (budget control reporting)
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
What You Will Be Doing
- Work with clients to obtain project briefs
- Work to develop long and short-term strategy and marketing plans
- Work with Production Manager to develop accurate project plans, timelines and
- Obtain sign off on all requests and briefs
- Stay accountable for on time and on budget delivery of client projects budgets
- Ensure client expectations are set, managed, and met
- Act on immediate requests and needs of clients
