Western Canada’s largest free cloud technology event is back for it’s sixth year in a row
TractionForce 2018 looks to inspire individuals and organizations to walk the road of enablement and educate them in how technology can help them in their journey. To remind people that technology is the tool, not the solution.
Successful organizational change cannot be forced; implementing new technology alone will not increase sales, improve efficiency or drive KPIs. For true transformation, people must be a central consideration. By no means is this a revolutionary thought, but it is critical to remember when investing in technology. When people are considered, the technology can empower individuals to make data-driven decisions and act decisively in the best interest of the company.
We say it every year (and we always mean it), but this year’s speaker line up and sessions are second to none. While we’ve broadened the scope of content and modified our format to do away with the traditional conference set up, we’re doubling down on two key event takeaways:
- Inspire. Share the art of the possible and get you excited to be a part of a massive shift in how people work and live alongside technology today.
- Educate. Provide attendees with tangible learnings, takeaways and offerings from the Salesforce ecosystem that can make an immediate impact on your business.
Let’s get to this year’s speaker line up!
We’re excited to bring in new faces and brands this year to the TractionForce community to join Traction’s founder and CEO, Greg Malpass, on stage. Here are a few of our marquee speakers:
Don Bell (LinkedIn): Many may know Don Bell as co-founder of WestJet Airlines, but did you know he spent 18 years running a business systems company? Or that he’s experienced in real estate development, agricultural equipment, and helicopters? A business titan, Don brings tried and true expertise to understanding the role of the individual and achieving success through building amazing company cultures.
Tiffani Bova (LinkedIn): Tiffani is Salesforce’s global customer growth and innovation evangelist. She brings a strong background in research and analytics to help organizations enhance their customer experience. Oh yeah, Tiffani is also recognized as one of the most Powerful and Influential Women in California by the National Diversity Council and is on Inc. Magazine’s 37 Sales Experts You Need to Follow list. A must-see.
Christopher Lochhead (LinkedIn): Although a new face to TractionForce, Chris is a well known marketing exec, thought leader in category creation, podcast host (Legends & Losers), author (Play Bigger) and entrepreneur. As this year’s emcee, Chris’ enthusiasm, experience and unique perspective will help make this year’s conversations valuable and entertaining to say the least.
David Priemer (LinkedIn): From vacuum cleaners to remote control cars, David was obsessed with taking things apart to see what made them go. Co-founder of Rypple, which became Salesforce Work.com, David now helps organizations supercharge revenue growth, people development, and culture by combining core principles of science, empathy, and execution.
Pair these speakers with morning breakout sessions led by Salesforce ecosystem professionals and we’re confident Vancouver’s largest cloud technology event will deliver for the sixth year in a row.
Oh yeah, and remember it’s free. See you there.
