As our Data Architect, you will work closely with our internal teams and customers to find creative ways to integrate, enrich and clean information in a cloud-based infrastructure. You may also be called on to analyze data to uncover insights.

Tractionites come from a variety of backgrounds, and we are eager to find people that are from non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, we find that people are successful in this role when they have:
- 3 years SQL experience. SQL Server experience a definite asset.
- Ability to convert high-level requirements into a solution – i.e. you do not need a detailed specification to be successful
- Solid experience with an ETL tool, like SSIS, Boomi, or Infomatica
- Experience with BI tools like Birst, Tableau, Qlik, Salesforce Analytics, are an asset
What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting analysis of customer data to identify key predictors of activity: From lead management through to forecasting
- Mapping business requirements to data
- An interest in predictive analysis
- An intrigue of UI and the workflow of Business Intelligence
- Conducting data audits, cleansing and de-deduplication projects to clean data
- An eye for automation. You have that knack that helps you see ways to effectively automate repeatable tasks
- A passion for data – you love delving into data to understand structures and develop solutions
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Willingness and passion to learn and a desire to be the best at what you do
- Effective communicator both internally and externally with customers
