While the delivery of services and end product varies wildly (portals, crm, business applications, loyalty, promotor, SaaS warehouse, business intelligence etc), the methodology in how we deliver does not. At Traction we believe in agility, but without it becoming unorganized. This means a 7-8 stage implementation process, each stage with an exit gate. We believe in documenting requirements (we use salesforce.com internally to accomplish this); we believe in sharing knowledge with our customers, involving them in decisions and thought process throughout the journey so we can learn/leverage each other; and we believe in standing behind the work we do. This means that every customer gets 30 days free support for minor enhancements, additional training, and 1:1 ‘show me how it works’ sessions.
